At a glance: Union Full Board Debuts in Wrigleyville
Located just steps away from Wrigley Field, Union Full Board presents a neighborhood restaurant and bar spanning over 1,200 square feet that eats 60. The food program showcases much of Evanston’s Union Pizzeria fare. Chef/Partner Vince DiBattista offers a wide variety of freshly made small plates and entrees with a focus on local and organic producers, including Burrata served with charred corn, Calabrian peppers, knob onions and torn basil, Meatballs made with veal, pork & ricotta and served with a tomato citrus jam, Sicilian Spicy Creole Shrimp & Grits and many more. Rotating daily specials include traditional Italian fare such as Balsamic-braised Short Rib with creamy polenta, Lasagna Bolognese with veal and pancetta ragu.
Guests can also get their hands on Union’s individual-sized, Detroit-style square cut pies. The 11 different pies include the classic Quattro Formaggi made with fontina, mozzarella, parmesan, provolone and tomato sauce, The God Father with bacon, pepperoni, sausage and tomato sauce, Detroit Michoancan made with chorizo, pineapple, red onion, roasted jalapeño crema and more. The drinks include many of Union’s signature cocktails, local craft brews on tap, a global beer list and wine list.
ROOFTOP + IN-ROOM HOTEL AMENITIES: Union's footprint extends to the fifth story with an open-air rooftop that overlooks the heart of Wrigleyville, which is available for private event bookings as well as an amenity for the hotel.
