Chef Gaytan has added a new culinary experience to the mix with his Monday Night Tasting Menu. Changing weekly and available on Monday evenings only, the tasting menu features seven courses derived from many sources. From seasonal produce and the availability of either hyperlocal or imported ingredients, to having the opportunity to feature a rare or special protein, the menu is fully at the mercy of Gaytan’s day-of creative whim. Reservations are available via Resy. Guests can request the Monday Night Tasting Menu upon arrival. Tzuco’s full a la carte menu is also available.
