Tutore Cooking School, an approachable Italian cooking school located in Chicago’s Avondale neighborhood at 2755 W Belmont Ave, are teaming up with Chicago Chef John Pragalz of Bad Johnny’s Pizza, for a set of pizza making classes on Sunday, October 15.
With two classes available, from 12pm to 2pm and 3pm to 5pm, guests will have the opportunity to learn how to make fresh pizza from scratch. Guests will have a hands-on approach on how to properly stretch, top and cook pizza in a wood burning oven in order to recreate at-home in traditional ovens following the class. In addition to an abundance of pizza, guests will also be able to learn and sample a palette cleansing Apple and Hazelnut Salad and Pistachio Semifreddo with Raspberry Sauce.
