Tutore Cooking School has announced a Chef Collaboration Class lineup throughout the Summer and Fall. The upcoming schedule features Chefs Jason Hammel of Lula Cafe, John Hogan, John Manion of El Che and Brasero, and Sarah Grueneberg of Monteverde.

Having launched at the beginning of this year, the Chef Collaborations series feature specialty classes from a rotating list of chegs, taking over the Tutore studio for a masterclass on the recipe, technique, or ingredient of their choosing. Past Chef participants have included Chefs Takashi Yagahashi of Tabo Sushi, Sarah Stegner of Prairie Grass Cafe, Rob Levitt of Publican Quality Meats, and more, each bringing their culinary perspectives and flavors to Tutore. 

“We are truly excited to share this lineup for our Chef Collaboration classes,” says Chef Dean Zanella, Founder & Instructor of Tutore Cooking School. “Each chef comes to the table with their own expertise, offering our guests the opportunity to learn, create, and indulge in the art of cooking.” 

  • May 25, Chef Jason Hammel

    • On May 25, Chef Jason Hammel of Lula Cafe will join the Tutore team for a class exploring how to clean, care vegetables of the season, as well as demystifying risotto, and learning a recipe for a simple, no-mix olive oil cake. The menu will include Klug Farm Asparagus with Spring Greens, Lemon Citronette and Stracciatella, Risotto Verde, and Olive Oil Cake with Whipped Mascarpone.

  • June 22, Chef John Hogan

    • On June 22, Tutore will welcome Chef John Hogan, Master Charcutier, for a lesson in all things charcuterie. He will teach participants how to make a mousse, how to make a farce, how to roast chicken and about an overview and history of charcuterie. The menu will include Chicken Liver Mousse with Brioche Toast, Stuffed Chicken with Mushroom Farce, and Lemon Parfait with Berries.
