Guests are invited to Rosh Hashanah dinner at Phil Stefani’s Tuscany Restaurant in Wheeling on Sunday, September 29 and Monday, September 30. For the occasion, Executive Chef Bolla Loza has created a three-course prix fixe menu that will be served family-style including traditional dishes like Challah with apples and honey, homemade chopped liver and more.
