Drawl Southern Cookhouse and Whiskey Room in Lincoln Park has a new Tuesday night special in the form of Chef Justin Stadler’s smoked BBQ ribs.
Every Tuesday, and only on Tuesday’s, Chef Justin has a rack of ribs for $27. With locally purveyed ingredients, Drawl's ribs are brined for 24 hours, dry-rubbed with a secret mix of spices, smoked low and slow for 6 hours, then finished in the wood-fire oven. Dressed Texas style, the Coca-Cola BBQ sauce caramelizes when cooked for a sweet and sticky finish.
Drawl's Tuesday Rib Night will be an ongoing weekly special served Tuesday evenings while supplies last.
