Special Events Uptown

The Trotter Project is partnering with 3 Squares Diner (1020 W Lawrence Ave) for a night of cocktails and fundraising on Tuesday, February 12 from 5-9pm.

Tyler Jorstad (The Trotter Project) will be the guest bartender for the evening, mixing up three different cocktails with Treaty Oak Distillery's gins and whiskeys.

The Trotter Project’s 2017 Washburne Culinary Institute Scholarship Recipient, Esme Lorenzo, will be creating and preparing a complimentary amuse bouche with Ian Voakes, Executive Chef & Owner, 3 Squares Diner & Chef at Jam in Logan Square.

This event is open to the public with no cover. Specialty cocktails and dishes can be ordered a la carte and proceeds from the evening go back to The Trotter Project.

The Trotter Project’s mission is to open doors through education, mentorship, and the pursuit of excellence in the global culinary and hospitality industries. Charlie Trotter’s spirit of mentorship and giving back to the community lives on through The Trotter Project—a 501(c)(3) charitable organization created in part by our Founding President Chef Homaro Cantu and supported by Chef Trotter's mother Dona-Lee, sister Anne, brothers Scott and Tom, and his son Dylan, plus countless alumni and friends.
