The evening begins at 6 p.m. with a cocktail hour meet-and-greet, giving diners the chance to mingle and sip libations.
Following the cocktail hour, the four-course, family-style dinner continues with guests seated at communal tables in Travelle’s elegant wine cellar to witness the chefs working in the glass-enclosed show kitchen side-by-side with Travelle Chef Jeff Vucko. The meal commences at 7 p.m. with hors d'oeuvres from Travelle and a signature dish from Chef Zoe. The meal concludes with dessert from Travelle Pastry Sous Chef Danielle Marelli.
The cost of the dinner is $65 per person. For Chef Zoe’s dinner, ten percent of the night’s proceeds will go to the charity of her choice, End the Backlog: a program conducting groundbreaking research identifying the extent of the nation’s rape kit backlog and best practices for eliminating it.
