As part of the Travelle “Chef Collab” dinner series, on Thursday, June 29, Travelle Kitchen + Bar’s Chef Ricardo Jarquin opens his kitchen to Won Fun Chinese Chef Ben Ruiz to collaborate on a one-of-a-kind, family-style dinner. The evening begins at 6 p.m. with a cocktail hour meet-and-greet, giving diners the opportunity to mingle with the chefs and sip libations created by Chef Ricardo and Chef Ben.
The five-course, family-style dinner begins with guests seated at communal tables in Travelle’s wine cellar where they can experience two chefs working side by side in the glass-enclosed show kitchen. The Sichuan cuisine-inspired meal commences at 7 p.m., with each chef creating two dishes for the evening: one appetizer and one entrée. The meal concludes with dessert from Travelle Kitchen + Bar Pastry Chef Scott Green.
