Travelle Mixologist Slava Borisov joins Cincoro Vice President of Brand-Trade Development Chris Spake for a fun afternoon tequila tasting hosted on Instagram handle @Travellechicago.
Slava Borisov, a member of the USBG, is currently in the top 50 Best Bartender in Diageo World Class US 2020. Slava will be stirring up the Petite Paloma, which is a variation on a traditional paloma that looks like an old-fashioned but uses Cincoro Reposado with homemade grapefruit cordial, verjus, a few drops of Murray River saline solution, and orange bitter. Both Slava and Chris will try the cocktail and talk through tasting notes and a delicious Burrata Crostini and Truffle from Travelle at the Langham’s Chef Jeff Vucko.
