Travelle at the Langham will partner with Forbidden Root for a beer dinner on Thursday, May 9 at 6 p.m. Located in Chicago’s West Town neighborhood, Forbidden Root is a craft brewery and restaurant inspired by nature. Travelle Chef Jeff Vucko and Pastry Chef Danielle Marelli are welcoming the Forbidden Root team into their kitchen for a special, one-night-only event celebrating creative flavors and beers.
Travelle Chef Jeff Vucko and Forbidden Root Chef Daniel Sherron collaborated to create the dinner menu, which features dishes such as Bone Marrow with oxtail and citrus marmalade paired with Snoochie Boochies New England Double IPA, Chorizo Pozole Mussels with grains of paradise masa fritter radish paired with Forbidden Root Saison, and more.
