What to know about Tour de Steak with Grant Achatz, Giuseppe Tentori and more

On Wednesday, November 7, GT Prime Steakhouse is hosting Tour de Steak, an inaugural event where guests will embark on a tour of steaks from around the world. The menu features individually curated courses by Chicago chefs with beverage pairings by Ken Fredrickson, Master Sommelier of Tenzing Wine & Spirits. 

Courses:

1st Course - Japan by Chef Grant Achatz, Alinea 
2nd Course - Mexico by Chef Diana Davila, Mi Tocaya Antojeria
3rd Course - Italy by Chef Tony Mantuano, Spiaggia
4th Course - Argentina by Chef John Manion, El Che Bar
5th Course - USA by Chefs Andrew Pingul/Giuseppe Tentori, GT Prime Steakhouse

A portion of all proceeds will go to University of Chicago Cancer Research Foundation.
