Tortoise Supper Club, in River North, has rolled out a new menu, highlighting dishes influenced by the traditional supper club with modern components. Choose from a selection of small plate offerings, entrees and weekly specials. Highlights include Elote Avocado Toast, House Made Salmon Gravlax Tartare, Maple Leaf Farms Roast Duck and Green Tea Smoked Coconut Shrimp.
Diners can also enjoy Tortoises’ new weekly specials like the Friday Night Fish Fry, featuring Buttermilk Battered Cod or Broiled Walleye, and the Prime Rib Special offered on Saturday nights, highlighting Prime Rib complete with Northwoods Dry Rub, Rosemary Shoe String Frites, Horseradish Cream and Rosemary Jus.
Cocktail lovers will want to check out the newest offerings handcrafted by drinksmith Kal Huettl, all offered for $12. Sip on the sweet and spicy Guava Margarita made with Jimado Tequila, Vida Mezcal, Guava, Lemon and Sweet Chili Rum. Also, the 12 Mile Limit made with Bacardi Superior Rum, Few Standard Issue Gin, Coconut, Lemon and Raspberry.
