Frankfort's Toro de Fuego Announces New Menu

Toro de Fuego Cantina, Frankfort's newest Mexican restaurant, announces the release of their redesigned menu. The result is new flavors like cheesy goodness in the queso fundido and flaming hot fajitas. In order to cater to the tastes of home, Toro De Fuego has revamped some established favorites and added some new options as well.

Toro offers a vast variety of tacos including chipotle shrimp served with shaved cabbage, pickled red onions, creamy queso fresco and topped with chipotle aioli sauce. Toro also serves favorites such as seasoned chicken and steak carne asada, topped with shaved lettuce, tangy pico de gallo and queso fresco. Taco lovers can choose any three tacos from the list, and plates are served with rice and refried black beans.

Toro also serves enchiladas filled with choice of ingredients and sauces, topped with lime crema, queso fresco and served with rice and beans. Options include traditional 4-cheese, chicken, ground beef, chorizo and more. Toro is also offering a Build-Your-Own burrito option where guests can customize their stuffing, add a sauce, and even choose to deep fry!

A Mexican meal wouldn't be complete without a refreshing margarita. Toro offers a variety of margarita flavors including strawberry, mango, classic lime and many more. Toro also offers freshly made sangria, a delicious blend of wine and liquors infused with fresh fruit served white or red.
