Thalia Hall in Pilsen has prepared accordingly on both ends of the spectrum to present you with TWO beer-centric events.

First Up: Jared Wentworth // John Manion // Mike Sheerin // Kevin Hickey // Abe Conlon // Jeremy Brutzkus--together under one roof for one night only to celebrate the best of the Chicago's craft beer scene with a special six course meal + pairing dinner. Sound too good to be true? Just add beer and join this power packed roster of chefs & breweries for a MATCH MADE IN PILSEN.
2. After all that sampling and flavor profiling, we thought your brain and your palate could use a little break so, we also give you Thalia Hall's 1st Annual CRAP BEER DAY, a day of beer buckets, 40s, square dancing and blind taste testing for the drinkers who want to let their hair down and imbibe for the sheer joy of the brew.

A MATCH MADE IN PILSEN | PALATE PLEASER
To celebrate the glory that is Chicago Craft Beer Week, Dusek’s took the liberty of pairing together the best of the best for a chef-driven beer dinner on Tuesday, May 12th at 6:30pm. Be prepared to indulge your palate as six noteworthy Chicago chefs will each design a course made to pair with a craft brew.
Participating chefs include Jared Wentworth (Longman & Eagle, The Promontory, Dusek’s), John Manion (Mas, La Sirena Clandestina), Michael Sheerin (PACKED, Embeya), Abe Conlon (Fat Rice), Kevin Hickey (The Duck Inn), and Jeremy Brutzkus (Longman & Eagle, The Promontory, Dusek’s).
10% of profits from the dinner will be donated to the National Museum of Mexican Art in Pilsen. Tickets are $125 per person, including tax and gratuity, and can be purchased on Ticketweb.
