Tickets are now available forGreen City Market’s veggie-friendly fall fundraiser, A (Mostly) Veggie Affair, presented Thursday, November 9 at Lakeshore Beverage (400 N Elizabeth St.).

Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy a walk-around stationed tasting, featuring local chefs' all-vegetable savory and sweet dishes made with Green City Market vendor produce. Complementing the array of delicious vegetarian fare, Green City Market Board member chefs will prepare meat-centric dishes.

VIP tickets allow a limited number of guests early access to A (Mostly) Veggie Affair from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m., as well as passed apps from select chefs, live jazz duo, and an exclusive specialty cocktail. Tickets are $65 for General Admission (from 6:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.) and $80 for VIP access (entry at 5:30 p.m.) and are available on Eventbrite at: or can be purchased in person at Green City Market info booth on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 7:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m in Lincoln Park, Thursdays from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. at the Park at Wrigley, and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at Mary Bartelme Park.

Eden, Arbor, Publican Anker, Forbidden Root, Floriole, Farmhouse Chicago, The Radler, Vie, Quiote, Cruz Blanca, Abby’s Crepes, Salero, Good Fortune, Fonda, Eataly, Verzenay Patisserie, Travelle Kitchen + Bar, Cookies and Carnitas, Granor Farms, and Bad Hunter. Beverage offerings include a juice tasting from Here.Co, tastings from five to six local craft breweries from Lakeshore Beverage, including Goose Island, and cocktails from Scofflaw/Heavy Feather, S.K.Y. and Travelle Kitchen + Bar.

A (Mostly) Veggie Affair is generously hosted by Lakeshore Beverage. Digital sponsorship is generously provided by Goose Island, Interactive Health, Getaround, DAVIDs TEA, and BND Interiors.

All proceeds from the event go to the market’s Link Card Matching Program, so that all Chicagoans can access the healthy and sustainably-raised foods sold at Green City Market
