Craft Beer Special Events Bar / Lounge American Comfort Food Irish Streeterville

Friday, December 6
5:30-7:30 p.m.

Timothy O'Toole's Pub in Streeterville invites craft brew fans to sip and sample Tighthead Brewing Company's (Mundelein, IL) new beer: Longsnapper IPA. On Friday, December 6 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., former Chicago Bear Patrick Mannelly, Tighthead brewers and the brewery owner will be on site hosting a launch party.

The West Coast-style IPA is brewed in collaboration with long snapper Patrick Mannelly, the longest tenured player in Chicago Bear history. The recipe was created with Pat’s favorite beer style in mind, and will be released for the inaugural “Patrick Mannelly Award” given to the outstanding college long snapper of the year. Longsnapper IPA has ample base and Vienna malt accented by carmel notes from carastan and Munich malts. The beer is hopped with a trio of traditional northwest hops (Columbus, Cascade and Centennial) that create a well-balanced, crushable beer.
