Explained: "Thursday Night Beats & Bites" Series Brings Food Trucks and Live Music to Roosevelt Collection Every Thursday in June and July
Roosevelt Collection will launch its new “Thursday Night Beats & Bites” summer series on June 4 that will feature food trucks, live music, entertainment, and community-driven experiences.
All nine installments of the “Thursday Night Beats & Bites” are free to attend, all-ages events that will run from 5pm to 8pm every Thursday in June and July at Roosevelt Collection.
Each week at “Thursday Night Beats & Bites” four different food trucks will be featured with cuisines ranging from smashburgers to Mexican street food to wood-fired pizzas to Japanese bento boxes to chicken tenders to Polish-Colombian fusion to healthy protein bowls.
The free entertainment at “Thursday Night Beats & Bites” ranges from The Jesse White Tumblers to DJs to a Brazilian jazz musician to airbrush tattoo artists to a R&B/Motown trio to a retro 70s/80s/90s cover band.
The food trucks will be parked at the north end of the plaza and entertainment will be on the 19,000 square foot rooftop. The food trucks and entertainment are located steps from each other at Roosevelt Collection.
All offerings from the food trucks will be available for guests to purchase - and those food offerings will be available from 5pm to 8pm (or until sellout).
Food menus will be released on Roosevelt Collection’s social media - @rcshops - prior to each “Thursday Night Beats & Bites”.
Free parking to all guests with a purchase at one of the several Roosevelt Collection Shops.
Two free hours of free validated parking for all guests who purchase items at any of the Roosevelt Collection retailers.
