Thorn Restaurant & Loungelocated in The Rose Hotel Chicago O’Hare, a Tapestry Collection by Hilton hotel, has partnered with local distillery Few Spirits, in celebration of Few's 10th anniversary, for a special four-course Bourbon Dinner on Friday, November 19 beginning at 7pm. The custom menu has been curated by Executive Chef Nicholas Malloy and will feature Southern-inspired cuisine such as Sautéed Shrimp, Gochujang Fried Chicken, Braised Short Rib and more, perfectly paired with Few’s best spirits including their 10th Anniversary Four Grain Straight Bourbon Whiskey.
