Chef Greg Bastien and
The Winchester are pleased to announce their first pasta making class as part of a NEW monthly series at the restaurant. The hands-on classes will take place in the Sun Room, The Winchester's brand new private event space tucked away above the restaurant, and will start on February 24. The series will consist of a different type of pasta for guests to learn how to make each month; for the first class, guests will learn how to make linguine, followed by gnocchi in March. So scrap your cookie-cutter Tuesday night plans and instead roll your own dough — and eat it too! After the class, guests will be seated to enjoy the fruits of their labor with a wine pairing selected by owner Chris Pappas (whose eclectic wine program at Sepia was recognized as a "Best New Wine List" by Food & Wine in 2008).
