The Signature Room Hosts Paired Bourbon Dinner with Beam Suntory

The Signature Room (875 N. Michigan Ave.) partners with Beam Suntory to host an exclusive paired bourbon dinner on Tuesday, November 15 at 6 p.m. Guests are invited to enjoy a four-course meal paired with five seasonal bourbon cocktails while overlooking Chicago’s famous skyline.

Executive Chef Cardel Reid and Adam Harris, National Brand Ambassador for Beam Suntory, kick off the event with a cocktail reception, featuring various hors d’oeuvres, such as Mushroom Strudel and Oyster & Lobster Rockefeller. At dinner, guests can enjoy a four-course meal with each course accompanied by a bourbon-based cocktail. The creative cocktails will offer guests a taste of various bourbons, including Basil Hayden’s, Knob Creek Bourbon, Knob Creek Rye Whiskey, Jim Beam Double Oak, and Maker’s Mark 46.

“As bourbon is traditionally an American-made whiskey, we created a menu of classic, elevated American dishes,” Chef Cardel says. “From Braised Short Ribs to a Godiva Chocolate Bread Pudding with bourbon caramel, each dish will showcase the depth and flavor profiles of bourbon.” Tickets are $90 per person and include a cocktail reception, a four-course dinner with five cocktail pairings, and an exclusive gift bag. Guests can also take home a souvenir bottle of The Signature Room’s hand selected Knob Creek Single Barrel Bourbon for an additional $35.
