The Signature Room Hosts Bourbon Dinner To Kick Off Derby Day Festivities

The Signature Room hosts a paired bourbon dinner on Thursday, May 3 at 6 p.m. Welcoming spring and to properly kick off Derby Day, diners can enjoy a four-course dinner complete with paired bourbon cocktails, including a riff on the classic Mint Julep, plus others.

The event begins with a reception highlighting a themed cocktail and passed hors d’oeuvres, including Pecan Crusted Brie Cheese, Foie Gras Torchon, and Coffee Rubbed New York Strip. A seated dinner follows, featuring dishes such as BBQ Shrimp with Parmesan risotto; Roasted Corn Velouté with corn mascarpone and chili oil; Bacon-Wrapped Venison; and Bourbon Cheesecake with Brûléed Bananas.

Tickets are $90 per person (inclusive of tax and gratuity) and include hors d’oeuvres, a gourmet four-course meal, five distinct bourbon cocktails, plus a gift bag.
