The Signature Room Hosts Annual Air & Water Show Viewing Party

The Signature Room is welcoming Chicagoans and visitors to its annual Chicago Air & Water Show viewing party on Saturday, August 20 and Sunday, August 21 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. At the event, guests can experience food and drink in an elevated setting, with 360 degree views of the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds’ routine from 95 stories in the sky.

A buffet prepared by Executive Chef Cardel Reid will include a selection of breakfast and lunch items such as Mini Angus Burgers, Corn Salad, Jerk Chicken Wings, and more. Reservations also include an open bar package featuring seasonal craft cocktails in the restaurant’s private dining space.

Tickets go on sale Monday, August 1, and are available for $175 per person each day. Guests can also take home a souvenir which includes their choice of Signature Room Sparkling Wine, Signature Room Hand-Selected Knob Creek Single Barrel, or Signature Room Barrel Select Patron Añejo for an additional $25.
