To celebrate Sweetest Day (October 19), Rosemont's first boutique hotel, The Rose Hotel Chicago O’Hare is offering a $50 prix-fixe menu featuring three courses and a champagne toast. To begin, guests will be offered golden beets, goat cheese, candied smoked pork belly, pecans and arugula topped with maple balsamic dressing. The second course entrée will include a hanger steak, confit sweet potatoes, roasted brussel sprouts, crispy leeks and sage chimichurri. The experience will conclude with a trio of hand-selected desserts curated by Executive Chef Nicholas Malloy, and a champagne toast to finish. The Rose Hotel is also rolling out the red carpet of romance with a welcome gift consisting of complimentary champagne and macaroons to all those who arrive from 3 - 6 p.m. on this day.
