For the first time ever, The Robey is launching a winter pop-up in the indoor section of its Cabana Club rooftop space. This utilization of space, which typically sits empty from October-May, is just one of the many pivots for The Robey this year.

North on North will launch to the public on Monday, November 9 - the pop-up will be an indoor winter oasis inspired by the European après ski experience. Each table will boast a raclette grill for grilling assorted vegetables, sausages, shrimp and more - each topped off with melted cheese. The Raclette dinner will consist of the Raclette grill, sourdough bread, olive oil, pickles and raclette cheese. Other menu items include: 

  • French Onion Soup (Caramelized Onions, Sourdough, Gruyere)

  • Kale Lyonnaise (Bacon Lardons, Croûtons, Poached Egg)

  • Brandade (Potato, Salted Cod, Crostini) 

Additionally, North on North will feature a newly created cocktail menu for the season alongside a twist on Robey favorites which will all be ordered, shaken, stirred, and created for guests tableside.

Highlight include:

  • Hot Buttered Love (Spiced Rum, Allspice Dram, Brown Sugar, Butter)

  • Big Pimpin' (Cinnamon Smoked Glass, D'Usse, Maraschino, Crème de Cacao, Grapefruit, Orange)

  • Green Geisha (Green Tea,Lemon, Honey, Ice cubes, Vodka, Yellow Chartreuse, Basil, Sage, Citrus Bitters)

The space will have a fireplace, lounge seating and tables with natural wood finishes. The opening hours of operation will be Sunday-Thursday from 4pm-11pm and Friday-Saturday from 4pm-12am. North on North will initially be open for walk-ins only.
