The Publican's Annual Oktoberfest 2026 Returns to Fulton Market

The Publican’s annual Oktoberfest celebration will return. From September 18 through October 4, brunch and dinner inside The Publican's modern American beer hall go full Bavarian, with liters of Paulaner, warm Bavarian pretzels with beer mustard, and a trio of housemade sausages from its in-house butcher shop, Publican Quality Meats.

  • Chicken Schnitzel (from The Publican’s current menu)
• DINNER SPECIALS - STARTING AT 4 PM:
  • Paulaner - 1/2 liter for $15 / 1 liter for $30
  • Bavarian Pretzel with Beer Mustard - $12
  • Trio of Publican Quality Meats Sausages - $24 (varieties TBD)
  • Chicken Schnitzel (from The Publican’s current menu)
  • Schweinshaxe - $38 (crispy confit pork hock, sauerkraut, mustard jus)
