Mother's Day American West Loop

For wine-loving mothers, head to Bin 36’s ‘re-born’ West Loop location (161 N. Jefferson) for a special brunch in honor of Mother’s Day.

The restaurant will be serving a full buffet by Chef Shane Graybeal from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Breakfast lovers can have their fix of Smoked Salmon served with Caviar Cream Cheese and Mini Bagels, Applewood Bacon, Eggs Benedict and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes.

Those who prefer lunch options are in luck, as well! The buffet will also offer savory delights like Roasted Beet Salad, Ribeye served with horseradish cream andShrimp Cocktail. The dessert bar will include mini pastries, chocolate croissants and miniature versions of the restaurant’s signature desserts, including house made Raspberry Beignets with Dark Chocolate Dipping Sauce or Caramelized Banana Tart with Bourbon Crème Anglaise and Brown Butter Ice Cream.

The buffet is $50 for adults and $23 for kids under 12. Children under 4 eat for free and beverages are sold separately.

Of course, no Bin 36 meal would be complete without sipping on one of their dozen different wine flights hand-selected by owner Enoch Shully (see attached wine menu for further details). In honor of Mom, the restaurant will be featuring some truly special brunch flights for including a mimosa flight(orange, pineapple, pomegranate, peach; $14.50) and bloody mary flight (traditional, bloody verde, bourbon & bacon, bloody caesar; $14.50). Kids can also join in on the action by choosing from a juice flight (pineapple, orange, apple and pineapple; $5) or milk flight (regular, strawberry, vanilla, chocolate; $5). The wine bar’s reimagined Sangria ($13), created using a cold-drip coffee tower, will also be offered on the special day.
