With summertime fully blossomed, The Langham Chicago has launched their Summer afternoon tea menu at Pavillion.

Influenced by the sweet and savory flavors of summer, guests can delight in a full menu of light bites, desserts, crisp refreshers, ranging from charred banana with pistachio crunch and smoked honey on brioche bread, to a Korean BBQ duck in a gooseberry chutney, with cornbread and a Thai basil salad, and even dehydrated summer peaches with dill pickled cucumber and mustard seeds on an everything bagel chip. Elevated desserts include nectarine charlotte lady fingers with mascarpone and strawberry as well as watermelon macarons. To pair with each elevated item, the menu also provides a selection of summer-inspired teas and bubbly. Alternatively, Pavilion is also offering a children-friendly menu for the younger set.

The Summer afternoon tea is available from 12-4pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
