The Langham, Chicago Introduces New Seasonal Afternoon Tea Theme for Summer

The Langham, Chicago has announced the theme of its summer service. Titled “The Garden of Secrets,” the tea offers savory bites such as the Fish Pond (Gruyère Gougères, smoked salmon rillettes, chives) and desserts like the Blossom (ladyfingers with espresso, coffee cream, mascarpone, ganache).

Available from July 12 until September 29, the Garden of Secrets afternoon tea will be offered Fridays through Sundays from 12 p.m. – 4 p.m. Guests may select from two tea service options, one served with sparkling wine ($130 per person) and the other with Taittinger Brut Champagne ($150 per person); reservations for children are $65 per guest ages 5-12.
