Craft Cocktails Mexican The Loop

Join the Chicago Athletic Association on a culinary adventure to Mexico (no flight needed), as they celebrate vivid colors, spirited conversation and rich Latin foods. Get away to a fiesta of flavors, captured by traditional Mexican street food served in full festive fashion. Their private dining space will be transformed into a night street market featuring recipes under the culinary leadership of Cindy’s Chef de Cuisine Keith Potter alongside Executive Chef Brian Enyart of Dos Urban Cantina; Executive Chef Jonathan Zaragoza of Birrieria Zaragoza; Executive Chef Marcos Ascencio; and Executive Chef Parker Brown. Cindy’s Beverage Manager David Mor will be serving two custom cocktail creations using La Luna Mezcal.
