The Kitchen Celebrates National Burger Month

The Kitchen in River North, which focuses on community-based dining, will celebrate National Burger Month with specialty burgers by chef Johnny Anderes, accompanied with beer and wine pairings. The burger features Slagel Farm beef with harissa yogurt, caramelized onions, greens, and house fries with an Ale Syndicate ‘Municipal’ beer pairing for $20. Additionally for the month of May, The Kitchen will be featuring an off-menu Salmon Burger with with fresh pepper remoulade, seasonal greens served with house fries and a Garciarevalo ‘Tres Olmos’ wine pairing for $25.
