Beginning in July, The Heritage will kick off a new monthly dining series collaborating closely with local farms throughout the region. The first menu will be conceived with Marty and Will Travis of Spence Farm—the oldest family-owned farm in Livingston County, IL. As a precursor to the series, Co-Executive Chef’s Sieger Bayer and Michael Spiewak sourced locally grown product from the farm for the restaurant’s menu. The first dinner will be held on Wednesday, July 12th and features a four-course tasting menu. Tickets will be $50.00 (beverages not included) and available for purchase thru Tock.
