The Hampton Social is returning to celebrate National Rosé Month with a new, ChatGPT-inspired hotline, 30 days of rosé programming, pink-themed happy hours, and more. Rosé Month will take place across The Hampton Social’s restaurants in Illinois from June 1-31. 

"The Hampton Social is synonymous with the 'rose all day' vibe we've proudly owned as a brand since we opened our first location. While we toast to the good life each and every day of the year, June is especially important as it is National Rosé Month and the perfect opportunity to celebrate 30 days of Rose," says Parker Hospitality Founder and CEO Brad Parker.

For the past two years, The Hampton Social Beverage Director Greg Innocent has developed a National Hotline to answer all questions about rosé: What food pairs best with the pale pink drink? What are some rosé cocktail recipes? Is there a difference between light and dark rosés? This year, Greg’s hotline goes digital with the launch of a ChatGPT-inspired Rosé Bot-line.  Prompted by Greg and his team of bartending pros at The Hampton Social, the digital bot-line uses information shared by real human bartenders and generates responses to any rosé-related questions.   

Beginning June 1, The Hampton Social will launch of H Rosé, the restaurant’s proprietary private label coming this summer, which will become the new rosé of the day. The launch is the highlight of the restaurant’s 30 Days of Rosé, a month-long schedule of rosé events taking place throughout June, a speciality Rosé-Focused Cocktail Menu and a weekday, pink-themed happy hour, featuring half off glasses of H Rosé and half off signature pizzas. 

On National Rosé Day (June 10, 3pm to 6pm), some locations will host the Pink Power Hour(s), encouraging guests to put together their pinkest ensembles, for a free event that will feature live sets from DJs, half-off rosé specialty cocktails, frosé, sparkling and non-alcoholic rosé, and H Rosé, and ‘pink’ moments throughout the entire restaurant.
