The experience pairs a tea tower of sweet and savory bites with Rishi loose-leaf teas, plus an à la carte menu of tea-infused cocktails, bottomless mimosas ($45), and spirit-free drinks.
The summer tea tower features smoked salmon canapés, chicken salad mini croissants, gruyère gougères, fresh-baked scones, key lime tartlets, Dubai chocolate pistachio mousse cake, pineapple upside-down bites, and assorted macarons. Guests can also sip seasonal tipsy tea cocktails like the Berry Tide, Summer Haze, Caribbean Cooler, Desert Dove, and Amber Sunset.
