To mark Hamilton’s highly anticipated run at the CIBC Theatre located directly across the street, The Grillroom Chophouse & Wine Bar invites theatergoers and Chicago locals alike to toast the Tony Award–winning Broadway musical with a lineup of Hamilton-inspired specials. They are available now throughout the run of the show until Sunday, April 26. Whether stopping in for pre-show cocktails or a post-show nightcap, The Grillroom sets the perfect stage for dining and drinks offering the finest local steaks and chops, fresh seafood, pasta, salads, and more.
The 'Hamilton' Hurricane at The Grillroom Chophouse & Wine Bar
Guests can sip their way through a specially curated cocktail menu inspired by the iconic Broadway show including a parmesan cheese fat-washed vodka Hamil-tini ($16), Hamilton Hurricane ($15), and A Perfect Union Sangria ($15).
The Grillroom will also offer a Hamilton Happy Hour featuring Aaron Burr-gers (3 filet sliders with garlic aioli, arugula, crispy onion straws on brioche) and $11 Hamilton Hurricanes, available Monday through Friday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. In addition to the themed items, guests can enjoy The Grillroom’s roster of fan-favorite happy hour specials, including $10 select wines, $10 House Margaritas, $12 Barrel-Aged Old Fashioned, $12 Half Dozen East Coast Oysters, $12 Meatball Appetizer, $12 Tuscan Toast, and $16 Filet Skewers.
