Negroni Week continues through September 22, and The Good Old Basement from Chef Rodolfo Cuadros is celebrating by bringing a special twist on a White Negroni.
The GOB has partnered with Ming River Baijiu to make a White Negroni by combining Baijiu and cachaça with flavors of Szechuan, star anise and toasted plantains. Proceeds raised from Negroni sales will support slowfoodusa and their mission for good, clean and fair food for all. There is a special Baijiu Happy Hour on Saturday, September 21st.
