technical skill, mathematical knowledge and precision.  In honor of the holiday that celebrates mathematics, Pi Day, Executive Pastry Chef Kymberli DeLost-Cuschieri of The Gage is offering a limited-time pie special.

Beginning Wednesday, March 14 (Pi Day) through the end of March, dinner service at The Gage will include a pie flight for $15.  Included in the flight are three slices of pie with the following flavors:

  • Peanut Butter | chocolate shortbread crust, caramel, peanut butter cream filling, pretzels, marshmallow meringue
  • Lemon Chess | brown butter oat crumble, lemon custard, lemon glaze, whipped cream
