The Florentine has announced its new summer tasting menu featureing one of the Midwest’s most prized seasonal ingredients, corn. Available through the month of August, this is the third and final menu in the restaurant’s summer tasting menu series designed to offer the business crowd an opportunity to delight in the best of summer’s bounty while also enjoying a productive power lunch.
The corn tasting menu is available during the restaurant’s lively lunch service through August 31 and offers three courses, each featuring this month’s key ingredient, corn. The full menu includes:
rock shrimp, calabrian chili aioli, lemon
taleggio, charred corn, basil, corn shoots, black truffle brown butter
sweet corn, blueberry compote, lavender caramel corn
