The Florentine invites guests to experience a taste of Tuscany on Thursday, October 20 at 6:30p.m. with a special fall-inspired meal entitled “Perfect Pairings” featuring expertly curated wines. The dinner will be hosted in collaboration with well-renowned winery Castello D’Albola Winery, native to the Tuscan region in Italy and operated by the Zonin family. Lino Vitale, a representative of the charming winery, will guide the evening along with The Florentine’s sommelier Alexandria Sarovich.

Throughout the experience, guests will have the opportunity to deepen their knowledge on executing thoughtfully selected wine pairings – understanding why certain flavor profiles complement each other and how to pace the pairings throughout a multi-course meal. The seasonal, four-course menu prepared by Executive Chef Zach Walrath will feature:

Vermentino, Calasole, Rocca di Montemassi, 2015
