Ray Elementary School, National Teachers Academy, Carter G. Woodson School, and Academy for Global Citizenship).
On Monday, October 5th from 6-9pm, Chef Carrie Nahabedian opens the doors of Brindille for a five-course dinner with wine pairings, welcoming a gathering of Chicago's culinary voices: Chef Sarah Stegner (Prairie Grass Cafe), Chef Paul Virant (Petite Vie, Vistro Prime, Gaijin), Chef Mindy Segal (Mindy's Bakery), and Chef Sebastian White (Evolved Kitchen and Garden).
Tickets are $500 per guest (gratuity included) and can be purchased on The Evolved Network website.
