The Eastman Egg Company, a hot spot for breakfast and lunch egg sandwiches, is proving that they are "Bigger Than Breakfast" with an intimate dinner event at their first brick and mortar location on Wacker on Thursday, Decmber 10 at 7pm.
The first ever dinner for the company is created by Culinary Lead, Drew Davis, who pairs his own inventive recipes with Eastman's local fod partners, such as Slagel Family Farms and La Farine Bakery. The multi-course meal will highlight Davis' culinary chops and the company's versatility, while bringing together a small group of diners around one communal table. The dinner will feature four courses, along with beer selections from Revolution Brewery and featured wines from The Languedoc in France + Berkeley, California.
