The Dearborn to Celebrate Galway International Oyster Fest

The Lawless sisters are bringing a touch of their Irish heritage and a taste of their hometown straight to the Midwest with a menu tribute to Galway Oyster Fest, the world's longest running oyster festival celebrated in their hometown of Galway, Ireland for over half a century. Former Top Chef Aaron Cuschieri takes it to the top with a one weekend-only, decked out seafood menu to kick off the fest with a menu of specials from the sea, including a Dozen Oysters and Bubbles, Oyster Po-boys and much more. The Dearborn will also pay tribute to National Lobster Day (September 25) with high brow and low brow classic lobster menu additions, including Lobster Rolls, Maine Lobster and Manila Clam Chowder and a full on Oyster and Lobster Boil featuring a whole lobster, oysters, shrimp, clams, mussels and Andouille sausage.

The special seafood menu will be offered all day Friday, September 23 – Sunday, September 25th.
