It’s a simple fact that there are few things better than summertime in Chicago. Since we didn’t get a summer last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we Windy City dwellers are determined to make the most out of this one. To that end, The Dawson has announced ‘Endless Summer,’ a celebration of the summer season. Throughout the months of August and September, guests will be offered summery wood-fired fare, seasonal sips, live music, a variety of food-focused events and the return of “The Dawson Beverage Academy.”

Classic Low Country Boil
Grab a seat on the patio for a Southern Low Country Boil. The evening's menu will include All-You-Can-Eat Shrimp, Crab, Sausage, Corn & Potatoes. Buckets of Beer, House Wine, Soft Drinks and Peach Cobbler Pie are also included in the ticket price.
