The Countdown to 2016 is on at Virgin Hotels Chicago

Following Christmas, the countdown to 2016 is on and before you start mapping out next year’s resolutions, Cerise hosts Timeless, a celebration of this past year. Attendees will enjoy an all-inclusive premium open bar, culinary creations by Executive Chef Rick Gresh including a chilled seafood bar and champagne toast at midnight along with a DJ set by special guest Sasha Grey. Tickets are now available on Eventbrite for $200.

To complement Cerise, ring in the New Year with Miss Ricky’s as the diner offers a limited late night menu from 10pm to 2am. Hit the spot with new features like Sloppy Fries, a build your own option with choice of beef chili, cheddar cheese, spicy tomato sauce, fried egg, gravy, bacon bits, harissa aioli and sausage gravy, and the Bowl of Regret with Sour Patch Kids, Flaming Hot Cheetos, wasabi peas, pretzel sticks and M&Ms. Finish off the meal with any of Miss Ricky’s boozy milkshakes.

The next morning, Miss Ricky’s will serve a decadent New Year’s Day hangover brunch featuring a Breakfast Burrito with scrambled eggs, smoked bacon, chicken sausage, Swiss, cheddar, and duck fat potatoes, or Biscuits & Gravy.
