The Chocolate Sanctuary introduces its winter menu with new additions to its lunch, dinner, dessert and cocktail selections. 

New menu items include:

Cocoa Pan-Seared Scallops: Garlic mashed potatoes, haricots verts, natural juices, cocoa-cranberry sauce
6oz USDA Prime Filet Mignon: Truffle Mash Potato, Grilled Broccolini, Veal demi
Pan Seared Chilean Sea Bass: Roasted Sweet Potato, Baby Spinach, Green Plantain, whole mustard beurre blanc
Green Bean & Quinoa Salad: Avocado, radishes, Iceberg lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, grapefruit, ranch dressing
Raspberry Opera: Layers of almond cake with dark chocolate raspberry ganache and raspberry buttercream
Turtle Mousse: Milk chocolate mousse, sea salt caramel, chewy dark chocolate pecan brownie served with eye catching smoking effects.
