The Chicago Firehouse Launches Lunch Service

The Chicago Firehouse restaurant will launch lunch service this week. Starting on Thursday, May 4, the South Loop steakhouse will serve lunch Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The new, midday menu features appetizers (crab cakes; steak tartare; avocado toast), soup (french onion; lobster bisque), sandwiches (vegetarian reuben; lobster roll; brisket), salads (smoked salmon kale caesar; crab louie; steak and arugula), burgers (classic bacon cheese burger; luxe burger), entrees (brick amish chicken; scottish salmon), steaks (petite filet; new york strip; rib eye) and sides (jumbo grilled asparagus; mac and cheese). The complete lunch menu may be viewed here.
