The Bristol recently launched a monthly menu series, called B-Sides. This $29 three-course menu is available Sunday through Thursday and focuses on a single ingredient across three savory courses.
Next up - Mushrooms will be the featured ingredient in all 3-courses throughout October:
1st: Marsala roasted mushroom, whipped ricotta texas toast
2nd: Mushroom agnolotti, taleggio fondue, thyme
3rd: Roasted scallops, mushroom fricassee smoked seaweed butter
Optional wine pairings will be available for $19 and the entire dinner menu will be offered alongside the B-Sides option.
