The Bristol recently launched a monthly menu series, called B-Sides. This $29 three-course menu is available Sunday through Thursday and focuses on a single ingredient across three savory courses.
Next up - Duck will be the featured ingredient in all 3-courses throughout November:
1st: Duck and foie gras terrine, pickled mustard seeds plum jam, sourdough toast
2nd: Duck dumplings, five-spice duck dashi, cured shiitake ice plant, scallion
3rd: Roasted duck breast, cranberry, creamy lentils braised kale, kimchi
Optional wine pairings will be available for $19 and the entire dinner menu will be offered alongside the B-Sides option.
