The Bristol recently launched a summer menu series, called B-Sides. This $29 three-course menu is available Sunday through Thursday and focuses on a single ingredient across three savory courses.
Next up - Sweet Corn will be the featured ingredient in all 3-courses throughout August:
Charred corn & clam toast, seaweed butter, corn husk ash
Sweet corn cappelletti, charred corn, finger lime espelette, scallion
Veal skirt steak, corn & preserved lemon relish, salsa verde
