Essential details: The Bristol Launches New B-Side Menu Series Feature: Radishes

The Bristol recently launched a summer menu series, called B-Sides. This $29 three-course menu is available Sunday through Thursday and focuses on a single ingredient across three savory courses.

Next up - Radishes will be the featured ingredient in all 3-courses through August 1st:

First course: Chilled radish soup with cucumber pickled radish, togarashi
Second course: Strozzapreti nero with shrimp, butter braised radish, radish tops
Third course: Crispy duck leg confit with honey roasted radish, pickled mushrooms, five spice jus

An optional wine pairing will be available for $19 and the full dinner menu will also be available.

For those already looking ahead, Corn will likely be the featured ingredient in August.
